Google Drive Launching with 5GB of Free Storage, Expansions to 100GB

Google’s cloud-based storage will be launching with 5GB of free storage towards the end of April. Now, according to an article at Reuters,  there will be several tiers of additional storage available with expansions up to 100GB.

Google is kind of on the late-end for cloud-based storage, with Skydrive and Dropbox already having a head-start, but they’ll definitely have some unique features.

Also keep in mind, Skydrive offers 25GB of storage for Windows Phone users, so hopefully Google will do the same for Android users. I doubt they’ll have a 100MB file limit, though.
