Online Best Buy Consumers Not Receiving Their Christmas Presents

“We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we have notified the affected customers,” – Best Buy's Statement to Fox 9.Looking at Best Buy's online forums, consumers were able to express their anger and some even having a delay on their money getting refunded. Some say this was a scheme in which they only posted those deals to lure customers into their website, which is an act of fraud.

A class-action lawsuit may be put up against best buy though Andra Greene, a class-action defense lawyer with Irell & Manella L.L.P. said it is unlikely they would be able to prove that best buy intended to cancel their orders.
