Apple Working to Fix Lockscreen Bypass Issue on iOS 6.1
Apple followed up with the iPhone Lockscreen glitch that allows you to bypass the passcode screen on an iPhone running iOS 6.1. AllThingsD reports that Apple is “hard at work on a fix”, and users should expect a fix in the next software update.
Trudy Muller, a Spokeswoman at Apple, had this to say regarding the security glitch:
“Apple takes user security very seriously. We are aware of this issue, and will deliver a fix in a future software update.”
