How to Passively Cool Chipsets & VRAM

If you have a video card or expansion card with chips or VRAM (video RAM) that are running warmer than you would like them to, there is a quick solution that can keep the temperatures down and extend the life of the card. In this brief video tutorial, I’ll show you how to passively cool to your device.

For the video, I added stick-on heatsinks to the AverMedia AverTV HD DVR that we reviewed several years back.
