AMD Announces New Ultra Low Power APUs

AMD announced earlier today two new ultra-low powered Embedded G-Series APUs (Accelerated Processing Units). They claim to offer up to 39% lower power usage from earlier version and a spectacularly low 5.5 & 6.4 watt TDP (thermal design power). The new APUs should operate perfectly on passive cooling systems, as their 15 watt systems did before.
