Tenergy Universal Smart Charger Review

In this video review, I take a look at the universal smart charger from Tenergy. It handles NiCad and NiMH batteries from 6 to 12 volts, has two charging levels; 1 amp and 2 amps, and has an automatic shut-off to prevent overcharging.
