Capitol Hill has some big news to millions of Americans who acted against the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). SOPA has been shelved in the House of Representatives due to a lack of consensus. Don't relax yet, because the bills counterpart, the Protect IP Act, is still being pushed forward.
