Swype Beta Gets Updated – Adds Dictionary Sync and More Keyboards

If you use an Android device, chances are you are you are using a custom keyboard. If you haven’t tried Swype or maybe you are already in  the Swype Beta program. Swype just updated their Beta to include the ability to sync your dictionary across multiple devices, as well as a smaller keybaord and a split keyboard. There is also a new “hotwords” feature that shows you trending words, such as Gangnam Style” as The Verge put it.

For some reason, Swype is still not available in the Android Market.. sorry Play Store, but hopefully they’ll iron something out to bring it to the masses.
