I just downloaded Chrome on my work computer and for whatever reason, the button is disabled. I've tried reinstalling and running as administrator but it's disabled.

I found a fix for this. I went to REGEDIT.exe and deleted a file called DISABLESYNC in the google folder and I was able to sign into chrome. See the screenshot:
