Bizarre Creations Has Closed its Doors

Bizarre Creations, the creators of Blur, Geometry Wars, and other fun games like the Project Gothem Racing series, is shutting down after 17 years. Activision, the parent company, announced they would consider closing the developer back in November, but were open for selling it. Their last two games didn’t do as well as they expected, despite being very fun. Activision decided not to take anymore chances and stopped supporting Bizarre Creations all together. After finding out that no one would buy their company, Bizarre Creations has closed its doors.

RIP Bizarre (1994 – 2011)
